In the new version VLC introduced a much waited function of controller in the full screen..But there has been problem with it off lately for many.

The problem arises from variuos issues like screen resolution change , and other bugs.As a result the position of the controller gets changed , resulting in controller to get displaced beyond screen resolution!

So Here is the Solution

Go to USER(your user account ) > ( unhide the hidden files/folders ) > AppData > vlc > vlc-qt-interface.ini > Open it in Notepad/Wordpad

it should look something like this

Now at the bottom u will see

[FullScreen]
pos=@Point(429 764)

or something similar

change it to/ Copy the below and paste / replace

[FullScreen]
pos=@Point(5 5)

this will make the controller appear at the top .. now change the position of the controller as you like.

so next time it happens you know what to do.
